He has over 8 years of experience in the local real estate market, selling hundreds of homes himself during that time. He works with an even balance of buyers and sellers, always keeping his hands on both sides of the market. His background in business and finance gives James a strong understanding of larger issues that affect the real estate market. Mr. Wedewer has personally and professionally been involved in residential real estate investment, both owning and managing his own properties as well as working with several investment buyers and sellers over the years.

Anand Goundar of evofi ONE Mortgage is James Wedewer's lending partner for the bus tour, and has thousands of loan programs. He has a strong understanding of the real estate investment market and loan structures to benefit different investment priorities.
