Q: Who should go on this tour?
A: This tour is for buyers interested in foreclosure properties. As
a real estate agent, James Wedewer can assist you in purchasing any
property, but the bus-tour is focused only on the best deals of the
foreclosure market.
Q: Will I be competing against other
buyers on the tour?
A: This is a great question. While I don't doubt the possibility, it
is unlikely. We run each tour only once a week or every two weeks,
so we only take a maximum of 20 total people representing up to 8-10
buyers through the properties. Since our buyers include first-time
buyers, investors and often move-up buyers (who have been sitting on
the sidelines), we don't expect that the homes we see will cause a
bidding war among our buyers.
Q: Do I need to be pre-qualified to go
on the tour?
A: We ask that all buyers be pre-qualified with a lender before
going on the tour. We have limited space on each bus, and we want
all buyers to at least be qualified to purchase a home before their
seat(s) is reserved. Anand Goundar, our mortgage sponsor, would be

Q: How long will each tour last? How
many homes will I see?
A: We expect each tour to last 3-4 hours and cover about 12 homes.
Sometimes with a larger group it takes longer to see homes, but we
try to get everyone through each house in about 10 minutes.
